Principles of early diagnosis liver failure and prevention complications after surgical treatment mechanical jaundice various etiologies were studied.In this study, the anamnesis 87 patients with treated surgically, occurrence duration jaundice, selection methods taking into account concentration bilirubin, principles pharmacotherapy improved.In addition to measures taken for main disease in patients, patient's psychoemotional state changes brain determined by means EEG conditionally compared indicators obtained from healthy people control group.
